Simple to use

1. The operator pushes the cylinder forward slightly and then pushes the trolley to the cylinder. (The trolley has two small front wheels that allow the trolley to move forward even when the trolley is vertical)
2. The operator pulls back on the cylinder until the trolley is on all 4 wheels. (Only 15kgs effort required)
3. The operator fixes the safety chain around the cylinder, and the trolley can be wheeled around.
4. To climb a kerb with the trolley, push back on the handles to raise the front wheels.
